Sourdough bread baking uses natural fermentation to create easy-to-digest, delicious, artisan sourdough breads. These workshops will have baking with confidence in no time! If you’re starting from scratch, you’ll appreciate walking through the process step by step. If you’ve baked many loaves, you’ll have the opportunity to fine-tune your skills and take your baking and breads to the next level.
From maintaining a starter to making dough and baking perfect loaves, this virtual workshop will give you all the tools you’ll need to start your own artisan bread-making practice using only flour, salt, water, time and love.
